    HPF Gallery

    HPF Gallery was established in 2011, and grew from a deep love of collecting luxury items. Their products consist of the rarest and most desirable Hermes bags. Which is considered by many as the Queen of high luxury fashion. They take pride in their level of customer service, providing a customised service that induces a feeling of complete luxury and comfort amongst their clientele. They are also pleased to be able to present their clients with a showroom, displaying an array of bags that they allow to view and handle, to confirm that the conditions meet the clientele’s standards and expectations.

    Jelingu’s process

    When we started working with HPF Gallery their brief was simple but the challenges were not. They wanted to rebrand their business from being a generic high-end fashion brand to being one that blended fun, happiness and high-end luxury. We conducted an extensive amount of research on the luxury fashion industry to see how we could position HPF Gallery as a brand that was original and one with relevance in today’s fashion market.

    Branding

    The logo was redesigned to be more simplistic, with subtle details. We helped to rewrite the brands story, brand values and brand tone of voice which was essential for conveying to customers the right message. The offline experience that customers received was also a key touchpoint for the HPF Gallery brand. We designed a branding book which detailed some of the best Hermes Collections and further details about the HPF Gallery brand. A copy of this book was printed to be placed inside the HPF store for new and current clients.

    MOBILE

    Website

    The website was designed to blend high end fashion and fun together. Our designers created animations and videos to make the website more interactive and fun to use. Bold visuals, unusual layout and outstanding mobile experience were our main focus points. We made sure the navigation and design of HPF Gallery platform is intuitive, consistent and visually stunning which will help to build positive relationship with their clientele. Since WhatsApp is the clients’ preferred way to get in contact with HPF we incorporated one-click WhatsApp contact button across the website to make communication flawless and sales booming.
